Wasted 4 days trying to get a car.
Wasted 4 days trying to get a car. The first car was sold but the second they took a deposit for but decided to sell it anyways. I was courteous the entire time until they decided to sell the second car from under me. I had to call to get any sort of response after Melissa stopped responding. I called her afterwards and then spoke to the sales mgr and they had little input, essentially repeating that it was out of their hands and it was noone's fault. Not a good look, I'd avoid spitzer in general
