It was a great experience! I sat down with Blake and discussed my budget and what I was looking for. After the first visit I was going to go with a different dealership, as there was a vehicle that fit my budget better there. But Blake contacted me again and worked with me to meet my budget. Gene helped me test drive a vehicle and then helped with the sale. Overall very positive experience.

When you go to Spitzer you get treated professionally. I had drive train fluids changed & the mechanic did multi point inspection. He also did a video of future mantinance concerns. I felt completely confident knowing service that I received was done right. Even buying a used car they list the maintenance they did to prep the car for a sale. So you know there's no surprises. Great place.

David in the parts department saved the day. My son is a student at Jeff Tech in the diesel program . Without getting into detail , he made a mistake while fixing my brother in laws truck . Mechanics failed to top off fluids and failed to pull tires to check my brakes during the multipoint inspection. This is routine and has happened every other time i've went there except this one.
Personnel who I dealt with at the desk knew their stuff. A bit expensive for the work when I showed the invoice to a couple other friends.

Personnel, we're great to deal with, but the car is performing poorly the muffler now sounds like there's something terribly wrong and when I had it prior to having a new muffler system put on it sounded great
